Perle de Bay waterproof  jewelry crafted with the highly resistant and durable Stainless steel, with a 10x stronger coating process named PVD - Physical Vapor Deposition.

What is Stainless steel?

Stainless steel is a very versatile material. Through the years, engineers have experimented with the production of alloys. Within the austenitic steel types, there are two main grades – grade 304 and grade 316. Grade 304 is known for its high tensile strength of roughly 621 MPa (90 ksi). Grade 316 stainless steel also has a tensile strength of 579 MPs (84 ksi), making the two grades reasonably similar in this regard. So it can last a long time without being replaced or breaking. It doesn't rust or tarnish, so the color remains perfect for a lifetime.

What is the PVD?

It is called PVD – Physical Vapor Deposition and it is the most modern coating process available in the global market, Physical Vapor Deposition is a dramatically different coating process compared to a gold or silver plating. Any plated jewelry will tarnish sooner or later, there's no way to avoid it.  This PVD coating technology makes our jewelry high oxidation and corrosion resistance, not easy to scratch. The coating technology process has zero environmental pollution and create no harmful substances.
